HOW DOES getNewToothbrush WORK?

It's very simple. Every 3 months, or every two months or every month as per your preference, we will deliver your new toothbrushes at your door. It takes up to 48h to process your order. You will receive your first delivery 3-5 business days after the order has been shipped.
Depending on the delivery frequency you selected, we then bill and ship your replacement toothbrushes every month or every other month or every 3 months after that at the regular price.

IS THERE A FEE TO SUBSCRIBE?

No, there are no fees. You only pay for your toothbrushes. Shipping is always free* for families of 3 or more and $2 S&H for families of 2 or 1 person. And there are no hidden fees either!

ARE YOUR TOOTHBRUSHES GOOD?

No. They are way better than that, they are GREAT. They offer everything you need for a great cleaning and nothing superfluous. They are manufactured with great materials (Dupont bristles from Germany, ...) and are soft-bristled as recommended by the ADA so your gums and teeth are truly protected. Our toothbrushes are as good as the person that brushes, meaning, you need to also brush in a proper manner. See the ADA "how to" video here.

ARE YOUR TOOTHBRUSHES MORE EXPENSIVE?

No. A toothbrush in a value pack is about $2.75+tax on average or more or $2.99+ at your drugstore or supermarket. Ours are $2.50 including taxes (and at your door), even if you order only one (usually much more expensive).

So is the quality of your toothbrushes lesser?

No. They are the same quality or better. So where does the difference come from? We put less in our pocket.

HOW MANY TIMES WILL I GET TOOTHBRUSHES EVERY YEAR?

It will depend on how many times you wish to receive them. The American Dental Association recommends to change them every 3 months for maximum hygiene and effectiveness. Certain persons (children, sick persons, ...) require or wish to change them more often. You can choose between 3 frequencies; every month, every other month or every three months. So you will get them either 4, 6, or 12 times a year.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADVISE ME TO CHANGE MY FAMILY'S TOOTHBRUSHES?

The American Dental Association recommends to change them every 3 months for maximum hygiene and effectiveness. So that would be the minimum. Now, if you ask us for our recommendation, considering not effectiveness but hygiene and considering the number of bacteria present on a toothbrush (10 million on average), every month sounds like a cleaner option. But that's just us.

DO YOU OFFER ELECTRICAL TOOTHBRUSHES?

No, we do not at the moment.

WHY ARE YOUR TOOTHBRUSHES NOT AS FANCY AS SOME?

Because it is not necessary. First of, all these different toothbrushes are confusing. The reality is good cleaning comes from how you brush more than the toothbrush itself. If you do not brush your back teeth - as fancy as your toothbrush might be, they will get cavities. Some claim to be "antibacterial", but no studies have shown conclusive scientific evidence, some have a tendency because of too many "details" to gather more bacteria. The scientific reality is the simpler the toothbrush, the better, the better you brush your teeth, the better and the closer you respect the ideal time for your toothbrush replacement, the better.

You can cancel anytime, for any reason. No questions asked.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?

We are sorry to see you go. If there is anything we can fix to make you happy and stay, let us know by contacting us. If your mind is set, you can cancel it in a jiffy.

CAN I REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?

You can come back at any time. You will need to create a new account since cancellation is final (to protect your information, credit card, all is deleted when you cancel your subscription).

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

If you are not totally satisfied with your toothbrushes or subscription, contact us to let us know and we will automatically cancel your subscription and refund you your last order under 24h.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns for hygiene reasons, we want everyone to receive a pristine product. If there is an issue with a product you received, please contact us or chat with us and rest assured we will find a satisfactory solution.

CAN I CHOOSE MY SUBSCRIPTION DATE?

Yes. You can set up the date you would like. Once you change the date, it will change it for all future shipments. 

Just log into your account (if you have not created one, please do so first) and then go to manage subscription and then manage, the date set up option is under "Change Upcoming Order Date". Just choose a new date and click "Ok". Easy peasy!

CAN I PAUSE SHIPMENT(S)?

You can pause and resume shipments whenever you'd like! Just use our skip option for as long as you need to pause your subscription.

Just log into your account (if you have not created one, please do so first) and then go to manage subscription and then manage, the skip/pause option is under "Upcoming Orders". Just click "Skip" for the order(s) you want skipped. If you want to reverse a skipped order, just follow the same steps and click "Resume Shipment". Easy peasy!

CAN I SKIP SHIPMENT(S)?

Yes. You can skip any shipment(s) you wish. 

Just log into your account (if you have not created one, please do so first) and then go to manage subscription and then manage, the skip option is under "Upcoming Orders". Just click skip for the order(s) you want skipped. You can reverse "Skip" by following the same steps and choosing "Resume Shipment". Easy peasy!

CAN I REVERSE PAUSE / SKIP?

Yes. You can reverse pause/skip. 

Just log into your account (if you have not created one, please do so first) and then go to manage subscription and then manage, the reverse pause/skip option is under "Upcoming Orders". Just click "Resume Shipment". Easy peasy!

CAN I UPDATE OR CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE?

Yes, absolutely.

CAN I UPDATE OR CHANGE MY SIPPING / BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes, absolutely.

CAN I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION FREQUENCY?

Yes, absolutely. 

Just log into your account (if you have not created one, please do so first) under frequency, you will find your current choice (it is in blue on the subscription chart), just click on it and it will give you the option of changing the frequency of your subscription. Easy peasy!

CAN I ADD A NEW TOOTHBRUSH TO MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, absolutely.

Just log into your account (if you have not created one, please do so first) and then navigate to the "Toothbrushes" page from the main menu. From there you will have an "Add to Existing Subscription" button attached to any toothbrush you wish to add. Once you click that button, a window will open with a summary of your current subscription, just click "ADD" to add the new toothbrush to your subscription. Easy peasy!

CAN I REMOVE TOOTHBRUSH(ES) FROM MY SUBSCRIPTION

Yes, absolutely.

Just log into your account (if you have not created one, please do so first) and then go to manage subscription and then manage, the remove option is under "Product (Qty)", just click the little "trash" icon. Easy peasy!

CAN I CHANGE A TOOTHBRUSH COLOR?

Yes, you can do so, by first adding to your existing subscription the toothbrush in the color you would like and then removing the toothbrush in the color you no longer want (make sure you follow this order, otherwise you might end up cancelling your subscription).

Please follow the steps explained in "Can I add a new toothbrush to my subscription" and then "Can I remove a toothbrush from my subscription". It can be done in a jiffy.

SHIPPING

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

If you have a family of 3 or more then shipping is always free. If you order just 1 or 2 toothbrushes at a time then shipping is still only $2 flat. 

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY FIRST ORDER?

New getNewToothbrush subscriptions are processed immediately upon placement of your first order, and your first shipment will leave our warehouse shortly on the same day or the day after during business days. Shipments usually arrive within 5-7 business days once mailed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email shortly after your order ships.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO PROCESS?

After your first order, your shipment will go out on the day you started your first order a month, two or three after (during business days). You will receive a shipping confirmation email shortly after your order ships.

I THINK MY LAST ORDER WAS SHIPPED TO MY OLD ADDRESS. HELP!

No problem, we will gladly help you with that. Just contact us and we will take care of it for you.

I NEED MY TOOTHBRUSHES IMMEDIATELY. DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time, just the standard 3-5 business days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We only ship to the continental U.S. at this time.

PAYMENTS

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY RECURRING PAYMENTS?

Your recurring billing date is determined by your original order date. For example, if you subscribed on the 1st, your subsequent shipments will be billed and processed on the 1st of the following month or the next one, or the next one depending on the frequency you chose. Your shipment will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days of your billing date.

Missing something or received the wrong item? We apologize for the inconvenience. Contact us and we will be happy to resolve the issue immediately.
